CTPAT Compliance

Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism — achieving trusted trader status with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

What We Do

Trusted Trader Partnership

CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is a voluntary public-private sector partnership program where CBP works with the trade community to strengthen the security of the international supply chain. CTPAT members are considered low-risk, receiving expedited processing and fewer inspections.

DM Customs Brokerage is itself a CTPAT-certified partner. We help our clients understand the program requirements, prepare their applications, implement the necessary security measures, and maintain ongoing compliance to retain their trusted trader status.

Benefits

Why CTPAT Matters

Reduced Inspections

CTPAT members experience significantly fewer CBP examinations, meaning faster release times and lower demurrage costs at ports.

Priority Processing

Enjoy front-of-the-line processing privileges at U.S. ports of entry, reducing overall transit times for your supply chain.

Business Advantage

CTPAT certification demonstrates to your partners and customers that your supply chain meets the highest security standards, building trust and credibility.
